
Our Booking Terms (The Simple, Friendly Version)
We know planning a children’s party can feel like a lot - so we like to keep things as clear and stress-free as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about booking with us.
Payments – keeping it straightforward

For most parties, payment is made on the day once everything’s finished and you’re happy with how it all went. You can pay your entertainer by cash or card.
The only exception is where we’ve agreed in advance to invoice you—those are paid in full beforehand or within 7 days of the invoice being sent.
One important thing: once payment has been made, we’re not able to offer refunds. So if anything at all doesn’t feel right on the day, please just hold off on paying and get in touch with our office - we’ll always do our best to help.
Need to contact us urgently?
If something unexpected comes up on the day of your party, don’t panic - we’re here.
You can reach us on 07561 417235 during office hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 8am–12pm). If we are not able to answer the phone please leave us a voicemail.
If it’s outside those times, send a text to 07561 417235 with the word EMERGENCY and we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.
Double-check your booking details
When you receive your confirmation, it’s really important to give it a quick read through.
Just make sure the date, time, address, and contact number are all correct - those little details make a big difference on the day.
If plans change
We completely understand - life happens, especially with children involved.
Your deposit secures your booking and is non-refundable, but we’ll always try to be as helpful as we can if you need to move things around.
If you let us know more than 7 days in advance, we can usually reschedule your party within 12 months and carry your deposit over.
If it’s less than 7 days’ notice, your deposit may be lost.
If it’s less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited and there may be a £50 charge to cover costs already committed.
If something outside your control affects your party (like government restrictions), we’ll work with you to re-arrange within a year and transfer your deposit.

On the day of the party
We want everything to run smoothly—and safely.
We do ask that a responsible adult is present throughout the party. While our entertainers are brilliant with children, they’re there to entertain - not supervise.
If your booking includes things like bubble or snow machines, just be aware that floors can become a little slippery. We’ll always do our best to manage this, but it’s something to keep in mind.
Access, parking & set-up
To help us arrive and set up on time, we assume parties are on the ground floor and within a short distance (around 20 metres) from where we can park.
If access to your venue is trickier than that - stairs, long walks, restricted parking - just let us know in advance. It helps us plan properly and avoid any delays.
Parking costs (including congestion charges if applicable) are covered by the party organiser. Your entertainer will provide a receipt.
If your party is outdoors, we’re very happy to do that - but we’ll need suitable cover like a gazebo or marquee to protect equipment from sun or rain.
Making changes to your booking
If you need to tweak anything - times, dates, or party details - just drop us an email.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate, but changes depend on availability.
Safety & peace of mind
All of our entertainers are DBS-checked and we keep these up to date regularly. If you’d like to see a copy, just ask after booking.
We also have Public Liability Insurance in place, and you can request a copy at any time.
If something isn’t quite right
We genuinely want every party to be memorable and feel special. If something doesn’t meet expectations, please let us know. The best time is before payment on the day, but you can also contact us afterwards. We’ll acknowledge any complaint within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) and aim to fully respond within 14 working days.
Offers and discounts
From time to time we run special offers, but these can depend on things like location, access, parking, and party size.
Your privacy matters
We only collect the information we need to manage your booking and stay in touch - things like your name, email, and contact details.
We never sell or share your information with third parties unless it’s required by law or necessary to provide our service (for example, trusted partners working on our behalf).
And if you ever don’t want to hear from us about offers or updates, just let us know - no hard feelings.
